Newly renovated 2 bedroom Park Model home located just 10 minutes from Venice beach and 2 hours from Disney World. Can sleep up to 6 people. Countless social activities throughout the park day and evening.
Unit is fully furnished with semi-private outdoor backyard patio area. Includes washer/dryer, AC and heated lanai, TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee maker, linens and towels, outdoor gas barbecue, and 2 bicycles. Electric, water, wifi and basic cable included.
Renters have access to all Royal Coachman Resort amenities such as swimming, canoeing or kayaking, tennis, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball, bocce, fitness center, recreation hall and much more.
No smoking, no pets.

Summary: It was wonderful as usual. The only complaint was they changed the code to the gate and we couldn’t get in to the rental and we had drove from Ohio and it was 4:30 in the AM and we were tired and it was hard to get anyone to respond to us. Plus this was the week they decided to tent for termites so the workout room and pool was not accessible. This was not any fault of the owners they were unaware of the issue until last minute. We enjoy this place so much and hope to stay again next year.
