Positive: Marco was very helpful and responsive. The place was located in quite a central location. The neighbourhood looks a bit rough, but the people there are very nice and helpful! Don't let the graffiti scare you into thinking it's a bad neighbourhood. There are some steep stairs leading up to the residence, which was difficult with our luggage. Thankfully Marco and Fernando were kind to help us carry our bags up and down.
Negative: The place needs some renovating. The bathtub didn't want to fill up with water. The toilet had some issues with flushing. The sheets on the second bed were dirty, but Marco provided us with some clean sheets. We had to change the bed ourselves though. The neighbourhood looks a bit rough, but the people there are very nice and helpful! Don't let the graffiti scare you into thinking it's a bad neighbourhood. However if you have suitcases beware. The streets are very very difficult to roll your suitcase on. Also taxi drivers don't really know how to get to this B&B so for a ride that should've cost about 12 euros we had to pay 19 simply cause we were riding in circles.
