Positive: The lovely host Massimo communicated well and greeted us on arrival. Very informative and useful. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well set out with everything you need. La Cioca (meaning hen, relating to being a cosy hens nest) is a little gem just by the centre of Malcesine yet quiet and a peaceful feeling with plants and a lemon tree on the terrace :) A lovely spot - we will be back!
