-The cottage sleeps up to 7 with two small bedrooms on the second floor and two small bedrooms in the third floor loft.
-There are skylights in the loft area and bathroom.
-The cottage has one bathroom and an outdoor shower.
-The kitchen has SS appliances including a dishwasher.
-The cottage has hardwood floors and the bead board on the walls.
-There is also a large capacity, front loader washer and dyer.
-The cottage has a large wrap around composite deck with deck furniture and a new Weber gas grill
-The cottage is on the bayside of the island (1/2 block to bay beach, park, playground & clubhouse and 2 blocks to the beach).
-The cottage has a high efficient heat and CA/C system.
-The cottage has high speed wireless internet and family basic cable.
-There is up to 4 parking spaces of off street parking.
- The pillows, linens and mattresses are new or less than three years old.
-The ground floor/first floor space (including the right side deck area) is NOT included in the rental and there is no internal staircase between the ground floor and the second floor of the cottage (the ground floor is a separate unit). The owner retains the use of such space.
