5. Please DO NOT move the furniture or stain the furniture. A $100 fee will be charged for damages.
6. Please DO NOT remove electronic devices, everything is accounted for and it is an automatic charge starting at $100.
7. Please DO NOT remove, move, turn, or adjust the camera or your reservation will be CANCELED.
8. Losing the house buzzer is a $75 charge.
9. NO UNAUTHORIZED parties, kickbacks, gatherings, dinners, podcasts or your reservation WILL BE CANCELED.
By agreeing to book this listing, you accept following house rules. If house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
→ We absolutely do not allow smoking in the house and you will be asked to leave if found smoking inside the house and will require $200 smoke cleaning fees.

Summary: Me and my boyfriend had such a great weekend! The host responded quickly and was super nice. Will definitely be staying here again. The jacuzzi was a little dirty so we didnt get in but that wasnt a problem for us at all. Overall the house was beautiful and i loved it.
