This beautiful home set back from the street on McDougall Ave is such a retreat. There are two courtyards, one for the morning and one for the evening sun. Each is surrounded by beautiful hedging and is very private.
With these lovely outdoor living spaces, you also have a fire pit and a private hot tub. You can really relax in this space!
The study/yoga room offers a second living space on the ground floor as well as a sofa bed for an extra guest.
