Located in a peaceful, safe, and private neighborhood! This listing is in the sweetwater highlands of Spring Valley and has a breath taking view. It is 17 minutes away from SD Downtown/Gaslamp, 20-25 min drive to beaches and 2 minutes away from the nearest shopping center. More importantly, for the safety of our guests, ever since COVID-19 pandemic hit the region I have went ahead & implemented a specific & professional sanitizing guideline for each reservation to give our guests peace of mind.

This beautiful two story open spaced home offers four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
One bedroom with a queen sized memory foam mattress conveniently located on the bottom floor with a full bathroom.
In the second floor, you will find:
•A large master bedroom with a king size memory foam mattress and master bathroom with a bathtub and private balcony to enjoy the amazing view
•Third bedroom comes with a California king bed, two closets and a window to the valley view
• Fourth bedroom includes two cozy full size beds and a closet
- Maximum night stay allowed PER RESERVATION is 28 nights
This home offers a game room in the garage w/ ping pong table, foosball table, karaoke, mini fridge, 55" LCD HD TV w/ soundbar. 1 car can be parked inside upon request.
