Wayaca is a quiet and residential neighborhood located just minutes from the airport. It’s peaceful and safe, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Nearby, you'll find supermarkets like C-Mart and Price Smart, as well as a handy local mini-market (Yin Lung) within walking distance. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas are just a 5–10 minute drive away.
Guests have full private access to the entire house, front and back garden, and the pool.
We offer self check-in with a secure keypad at the entrance.

Summary: The home was clean, comfortable and Nicko and Reyna were there for any request we had. The backyard with the pool is beautiful and relaxing. They have 6 nice camp chairs for sitting at the beach. I cannot say anything bad about this home. Thank you Reyna and Nicko!!!
