Brand new queen sized pullout couch with memory foam to ensure a comfortable sleep for your kids or extra guests. Extra bedding and mattresses available for extra people
There is an amazing, private EXTENDED patio to relax on and a SUNROOM to enjoy at the end of your day while your kids play on the playground within view. This cottage is an end unit which has lots of field space around and less neighbors. 1 minute walk to the pool and park and 2 minutes to the beach. Lots of games and PADDLE BOARDS for your kids to enjoy.
Everything in this place is brand new. Double garage access, lots of space for multiple vehicles to park.
