Summary: Bailey was very accommodating to our last minute request to add an additional day to our stay. The house was very clean and met our needs. The listing was somewhat misleading. The air conditioner was a window unit in the dining room. The day we received our access code we were told there was a tenant in the basement. It was not clear in the listing that we wouldnt have the entire house. Also to access the washer and dryer we had to obtain permission to use them in the basement. Again, the house was well maintained, clean and easily assessible to sight seeing; however the listing needs to be updated.
