Summary: Lovely hotel. Really clean and the staff is lovely. There is a new swimming pool area but it was closed almost the whole time we were there, and the sauna was out of action, which was hugely disappointing as I emailed/messaged the Reef to check they'd be open for our stay and they assured me they would be. Anyway, breakfast was good and the outdoor pools were nice but very cold until later in summer.
