Summary: We spent Christmas 2024 at Evan's Cottage... it's our 2nd visit here, and again it did not disappoint! We love the Outer Banks, even when it's cold and breezy, and we visit frequently. This location and home are both wonderful, from long walks on the beach, the view of the lighthouse (this year under renovation) and expansive ocean views from just about every room! We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked most meals at the house. Living areas are roomy and comfortable. Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are both very roomy and super comfortable. Good water pressure in master shower and huge soaking tub, with plenty of hot water. Owner is great - responsive and helpful. We hope to return sometime soon for another visit!
