Red Hollow Ranch is centrally located to four National Parks-Zion, Bryce Canyon, North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell, as well as many state parks. The home is located in the town of Orderville on Highway 89, but sits privately on 3 acres away from busy streets.
The home is located only 15 minutes from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, and 25 minutes from Kanab, where you can find shopping, restaurants, movie theater and great visitor center.
This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $75 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :)
The Space:
The Red Hollow Ranch offers a beautiful, spacious, open living area for individual or group gatherings. The home offers the ambiance of the "simple cabin" yet the space to accommodate large groups up to 20 people. This place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The home has been updates with all new appliances including new washer and dryer.
There are over 40 pieces of art work, most of which were photographed around southern Utah. The game room has two large maps where you are invited to pin your home location.
Guest Access:
Our guests will have full access to the property, home, patios, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, etc. The garage and basement are not available for guest use. The wood burning stove is not available for use.
Our property manager and local sheriff's deputy live nearby so this is a very secure area and not to be used as a "wild party home".
The Neighborhood:
Red Hollow Ranch is on a beautiful, secluded property above the town of Orderville, UT. We have views of the town to the south and west and of Red Hollow Canyon to the north and east. Wildlife are in abundance here and we advise our guests they may encounter deer, bobcats and more. No hunting of any kind is allowed.
The surrounding area is well known for its many sight seeing, hiking and off roading.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend having a 4WD vehicle during any wet weather (rain or snow).
Other Things to Note:
Our property is at the end of a dirt road and therefore guests must have the proper vehicle to access the home. During the winter, the city may plow some of the local city streets but the final 1/2 mile to the home will likely not be plowed and guests must have the ability to drive in snow on unplowed dirt roads. Refunds will not be provided if the guest is unable to access the home due to weather or road conditions having been advised here of the need for proper vehicles. If you have any question, please inquire before booking.
Cell coverage can be very limited here and we find that Verizon works fairly well in our neighborhood. If you have questions about cell phone coverage, please ask.
