4 Bedroom House in Eastham

By This spacious, clean 4 bedroom 3 bath cape is in a quiet neighborhood with rail trail at the end of the cul-de-sac. Boat Meadow Beach is less than 1 mile away and Wiley Park, were dogs are welcome and great pond are also close by to enjoy fresh water swimming.
Main floor has a large handicap accessible bedroom with queen bed and handicap accessible bathroom across the hall.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom has one bunk bed and 1 twin bed, the second bedroom has two double beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs has one full bathroom and a master bathroom.
The home includes a two car garage perfect for storing kayaks, bikes and other toys. The garage has a handicap ramp into the main floor of the house.
Screen porch off of the dining room, full basement with ping pong table, large outdoor shower with dressing area. Full kitchen with all utensils and washer and dryer
Living room with a 47 inch flat screen TV with an additional sitting area off of the dining room with an another flat screen TV and wireless internet access.

There is ac unites in 3 of the bedrooms. Gas grill and outdoor seating for barbecues.
Beach passes are non transferable. Guest's must obtain their own for the week.

Summary: This large, comfortable house in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood had everything my family needed for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the screened-in porch in the mornings, the Adirondack chairs around the firepit at night (s'mores, star-gazing, and skeeters--bring bug spray!), the well-appointed kitchen, and especially the supersized tv and couches in the main living room, which were perfect for watching the Olympics this year. A couple of excessively hot days made us grateful for the a.c. in every bedroom, but the house cooled down quickly so we didn't have to leave it on for long. Many thanks to our kind and thoughtful host--we hope to be back next year!
