"Ravens Hollow" is a disability and child-friendly house in Laurel Grove within the resort of Sandestin®. It is situated with only 3 steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house on the main floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).
THE ENTIRE HOUSE HAS JUST BEEN FULLY, PROFESSIONALLY REMODELED!
There is a king-sized bed in the large, 1st floor master bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course out the back window. The master bedroom has direct access to the back covered deck and has a double-sink, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!
A king bed is in the additional first-floor bedroom with en-suite access to a private, full bathroom. There is access to the front porch from this room, allowing for private entrance to the home.
Two queen beds make up the large guest room on the second floor with a window looking out over the living room below. A full bathroom with walk-in shower is connected to the bedroom. The décor is just delightful! Our guests always feel at home at our properties!
Every bedroom has canned ceiling lights and a ceiling fan. The rooms are light and bright, and you'll just love them!
The living room has a HUGE sectional and additional chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort with a vaulted ceiling and very large ceiling fan. You will find a Bluetooth speaker ready to be linked to your phone to stream the music you enjoy. The living room also has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Ravens Hollow."
This privately-owned home has a large new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a gorgeous navy blue subway tile backsplash, and brand-new GE café stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available as well as a traditional coffee maker, and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the main floor laundry closet with detergent provided.
The outdoor space at "Ravens Hollow" is fantastic! A covered porch spans the entire backside of the house complete with comfortable chairs to enjoy those golf course views. The backyard is private from other neighbors as we are situated perfectly to view the Ravens golf course. The front porch is just as lovely with lots of room!
"Ravens Hollow" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the Lakeside nestled amongst golf courses, mature trees, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 2 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 2 miles of the front door!
We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. We asked our fall guests to try it out and provide feedback and they all loved it - "Thank you! Your guide book is amazing! The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand-new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, high-end bathroom amenities, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.
* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.
* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.
* Golf cart keys and propane for the grill and firepit will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned
