There is a lovely rear deck and three-season room overlooking a quiet wooded area. Fantastic community amenities, private parking, and private yard space for fun family games after a great day at the pool.
LOCATION: Conveniently located off of Rt.1, just 1.5 miles from the boardwalk. This property sits in an ideal location just 1 mile from Jungle Jim's Water Park, the Park and Ride, and a short 2.5-mile drive to Dewey Beach. You can enjoy tax-free shopping around the corner at Tanger Outlets or a bike ride on the Junction & Breakwater Trail steps away from the community.
PARKING: Private driveway for four vehicles.
