The property also features a private red clay tennis court and a magnificent, historic boathouse (with a game room on the second floor) and huge dock. The main house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and offers beautiful lake views from nearly every room. The house can comfortably accommodate large groups of family and friends, with seven bedrooms upstairs and a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and TV room downstairs. In addition, the huge wraparound porch with stunning views of both the lake and Mt. Sunapee is perfect for reading and socializing at any time of day.

The Space:
The main house is perfect for larger groups. Four of the seven bedrooms feature two comfortable twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king-sized bed, two offer a queen, and the last features a cozy bunk bed that’s a kids’ favorite.
Beyond the main house, the property includes a cozy cabin in the woods along the path to the beach, which has two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a bunk bed), a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a pull-out sofa. A front porch completes the cabin and provides a lovely spot for sunset viewing. The cabin is also available as a rental separate from the main house. Please contact us for more information.
Finally, additional living space can found in the cottage, which features a small sitting room, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full bathroom; and the rustic studio, which offers a comfortable full-sized bed a short walk through the woods from the main house.
