Positive: The room is clean and located in the centre of Berlin, from where we can easily reach the underground station for city sightseeing. Parking the car should not be a problem. Most of the facilities meet our requirements and the living room is not big enough for a family with children, but it is ok for just staying overnight. The kitchen is small but meets our needs.
Negative: The double bed is not big enough for an adult person and is probably only good for small children. Wooden floor is not well protected, we found small black stains somewhere.
Summary: Overall we are happy with the accommodation.
