This house is available only for Month long stays or more.
This listing is for the entire home including the resort like backyard with swimming pool (heated-extra fee), jacuzzi hot tub, and patio area with fire pit, and gas barbecue grill. The home is just over 1800 square feet with vaulted ceilings, newer furnishings, and electric fireplace. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 3 cars, as well as one in the garage.
There are up to 4 separate sleeping areas.
- Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom with double sinks and marble countertops
- Private bedroom with queen size bed
- Private room with one full, one twin (bunk) beds (sleeps 3)
- Living room w/ queen size sofa bed w/ down-filled mattress cover

There are 2 bathrooms as well as a beautiful kitchen with seating at the island for 3, and dining area for 6.
Kitchen: Enjoy many of the amenities of home with all cooking appliances/utensils you may need. Gorgeously remodeled with soft close cabinets and black stainless appliances, quartz counter tops, coffeemaker/grinder, keurig, toaster, dishwasher, rice cooker, food processor, slow cooker, and built-in microwave. Some seasonings and spices provided.
Living: There is a 55' high definition flat panel smart TV in the main living room. Free Wifi provided. Electric fireplace for wonderful ambiance. Plush, comfortable furniture including two electric, usb phone-charging recliners.
With three smart TVs at the house (including one in the backyard patio!), enjoy use of whichever entertainment streaming apps you have! Movie night awaits!
Backyard: An Oasis you will never want to leave! Peaceful waterfall, and beautiful, comfortable patio furniture throughout the whole backyard.
Private laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Children supplies such as high chair, pack n play, 30-50 lb water wing floaty and dishes are provided.
A basketball, football, frisbee, volleyball, pogo stick and two scooters (with helmets) are available for use! As well as pool noodles!

2-3 minute walk to TWO parks! One with a basketball court, and brand new play area.
A private neighborhood park is available for guests, just a 3 minute walk.

Sitting in a quiet neighborhood, the whole family will be able to enjoy this home away from home. When everyone is ready to head out for the day, shopping is available at the Chandler Fashion Center just 7 miles away, or San Tan Village Mall just 2 miles away. If golf is your game, head over to San Marcos Golf Course just 3 miles away for a day of fun while working on your swing. Downtown Chandler has plenty of craft breweries, hip restaurants, and adorable cafes to check out as well! For a bit of hiking, head over to South Mountain Park and Preserve, a perfect day trip for the whole family.
For longer adventures, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours away.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, but specifically downtown Chandler and Gilbert.
Pool heat is $50-75/night, depending on the season. It is just to cover the cost of gas.
* No more than 4 adults staying on property (9 total with kids), for size and noise restrictions. This is an HOA, quiet family neighborhood, and we can't accept large "party" groups! They require a rental agreement separate from VRBO. Any evidence of smoking on the property is automatic forfeit of whole deposit*. Thank you for your understanding.
