Single story ranch style home in a quiet neighborhood. One block to the Glendoveer walking path and fabulous golf. Just blocks from Summerplace. One bedroom with king sized bed, with adjoining bathroom, one with a queen, and the room for kids, with two twin beds. Large hall bath has tub/shower. Two separate living rooms, one for TV, one just for conversation. Cable TV and Wi-Fi included. A covered patio is just out the back door, as well as a deck with plenty of seating, all in a fenced back yard. A two car garage is attached to the house, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Air conditioning in the summer is a plus! Close to Mt. Hood Community College, Cascade Station, IKEA and the Portland Airport. Close to MAX lines to downtown, as well as the Portland bus system. Downtown Portland is a 15 minute drive down I-84. No smoking or pets, please.
