King bed in primary suite with large private bathroom and spacious walk-in shower. Queen bed in 2nd BR has en-suite bathroom with tub. 3rd BR with twin beds and separate half bath. Queen pull-out sofa bed in living room. Full kitchen with eat-in dining space as well as separate dining room. Bar area with sit-behind bar doubles as a great work space. Wrap around porches and plenty of outdoor space with string lights, fire pit, charcoal grill, separate screened porch, and ample parking. Home has high-speed fiber internet, Sonos speakers, and Smart TVs in living room and primary suite.
