3 Bedroom House in Santa Rosa

Enjoy the quiet of nature while remaining in town. Our newly remodeled home is truly the best of both worlds, as it sits on the edge of the city and county line. We have peaches, plumbs, lemons, tangerines, apples, figs, apricot and pineapple guava fruit trees for you to enjoy, as well as a hot tub in our private backyard.
It is close to downtown and Sonoma Valley's premier wineries, a 60 minute drive to San Francisco and 30 minutes to the majestic Redwood forest, or Bodega Bay.
The space
We have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the living area is downstairs. The open floor plan connects the living room, dining room, kitchen and front room. There is a downstairs bonus room and full bathroom.

Guest have access to the whole house.
Other things to note
You will have beautiful views from our home of a field next door where the deer graze in the large meadow. Please note this is private property and someone lives there, so we remind our guest to kindly refrain from throwing anything over the fence.

Summary: This property is a peaceful oasis with a water feature in the backyard to watching the deer grazing next door each morning and evening. After a long day of exploring the area including hiking, shopping, wine tasting and more; you can head to the backyard for a soak in the hot tub. The home is beautifully decorated with a large kitchen allowing you to make gourmet meals (if you choose), a cozy living room and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the cool evenings. This property has everything you need for a home away from home. Michelle, the host is very responsive and answered all of our questions so quickly, plus leaving a basket of snacks was such a treat. We highly recommend this lovely property if you are in need of a place to stay in the Santa Rosa/Sonoma County area.
