Summary: Stayed at the Queens Hotel from Wednesday night to Sunday. Bathroom had mold over the ceiling (photos attached). I booked at an affordable price so I let this go. Housekeeping hadnt been done on the Thursday (I was out all morning) and also let this go. Wanted to make sure this was done on the Friday so I messaged on the Friday afternoon asking if housekeeping was daily to which the hotel said yes and asked if I needed anything in particular. I said that the room hadnt been made the day before so I would double check when I came back to the room. I came back late on the Friday afternoon and only had fresh towels placed on an UNMADE bed with some toiletries also replaced. Housekeeping came on the Saturday but I was still in the room getting ready to leave and because I felt rushed I told them to not bother (they had given me 20mins). It should probably be made clear whether its actual daily housekeeping or just fresh towels daily. Apart from housekeeping issues, the pub staff were incredibly friendly. Cant fault the customer service and the food was amazing. The hotel staff were responsive to text which was greatly appreciated. The location and free parking was a massive bonus. Not short on food options and the launderette was across the road.
