Positive: Super convenient and close to all attractions, literally minutes to the falls. Free parking, quiet street and the apt looks better in person than in the pictures. The balcony was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed morning coffee there more than once
Negative: Bit of a up and coming neighborhood, but it’s typical of the area. The rooms are missing closets or anything really to store clothes, iron, or toilet-treats.
