Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Five Cities area.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
