The Great Room
Up the stairs, past the trees, enter the great room where panoramic forest views welcome you. The gathering space features a vinyl collection, cozy fireplace, premium audio system with Polk tower speakers and Sonos music system and a SMART TV. A custom built-in reading bench features more than 100 curated cookbooks from around the world.
At the heart of the home is a well-appointed chef’s kitchen, designed for culinary gatherings. The 10-foot-long marble island serves as the centerpiece, complemented by an array of chef-grade appliances and tools – perfect for hosting unforgettable dinner parties and family gatherings. Dine indoors or outside on the 600 sq.ft patio with ocean views, a gas BBQ for grilling, and seating for 12.
Primary Suite
The secluded primary suite is a private sanctuary, featuring its own entrance, kitchenette, and serene views of the garden from the front seating area, with ocean views from the private den. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval.
Cancellation policy: Half the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
