There is a large master bedroom with king bed, master bath with jetted tub and combo W/D, kitchenette/dining area, and large living room and patio. There is an alcove off the living area with a queen-size bed. Cable TV (one in bedroom and another in living area,) and Comcast wifi included. One-car garage space as well as driveway parking (maximum 2 vehicles.) Across street from public golf course with restaurant, walking trails and mountain views. Community pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Fully furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, 2-burner hot plate (no full stove/oven.) Pond/waterfall feature, gas BBQ grill, and table/chairs on private patio. There is also a hot tub on the patio which is shared with the home owner. Golf course open to public play.

Summary: This is a very spacious and clean VRBO.. you have your own entrance down in the back of the house. It has a nice size living area and a very large bedroom. It is 15 minutes away from downtown Boulder. We did many hikes and really enjoyed the hot tub right outside our entrance! There is a washer dryer within the unit. The kitchen area is very minimal but we don’t do a lot of cooking. They have a small refrigerator and microwave. That’s all we needed! We would stay here again .
