Bedroom with 2 windows and 2 doors, dual entrances thru the house and thru the laundry room.
The house has 3 bedrooms and two of them are for rent so you may interact with other guest.
Host does not live in the house but visit it daily for projects.

we request everyone clean after themselves to be courteous with other guests.
Porch has 2 BBQs, 1 propane and one wooden with a big stack of firewood.
This is not a farmhouse but we have a Goat called Rico that help keep the brush down.
This house is located in a prestigious Island/Neighborhood so Your car and belongings are safe.
There are also 2 friendly cats. Pinky and colors for the color of their collars.
