You are staying at a large house on an double wide beach lot in Cocoa Beach with panoramic views of the beach from nearly every room in the house. The width of this lot contributes to the private resort feeling!

Dining room - boasts a giant table for 12. Eat your meals while watching the waves. Open the sliders and drop the powered screens and you're dining Al Fresco!
Living space - has a 75" Ultra HD Smart TV, couches, recliners, and a poker table/game table. Enjoy it all while taking in a view of the ocean!
Kitchen - has tons of counter space, plenty of cabinets, and separate coffee bar area, six stools on the eat-in bar. Take in the view while you prepare a magnificent meal. Everything you can possibly think you will need is included in the kitchen including instant pot, crock pot, cook wear, baking and cooking dishes, blender, flat griddle, etc.
Rec Room - this room is waiting for tons of fun with giant sectional sofa, bean bag chairs, massage recliner, 85" TV, pool table with ping/pong top converter. The young and old alike will love this bonus room!
THE BEDROOMS
This beach house boasts five bedrooms and eight total separate beds.
All bedrooms have large flat screen smart TVs and new designer furniture.
Suite 1 - Key Largo - The Primary Suite with king bed has a private ocean facing balcony, a sitting area with sleeper sofa, and huge en suite primary bathroom with extra large walk-in rain shower and huge walk-in closet. This suite alone can sleep a family of four plus a crib.
Suite 2 - Coconut Palm - This ocean facing suite has a king sized bed, a huge picture window framing the waves and our coconut palms and a private en suite bathroom with huge walk-in rain shower.
Suite 3 - Bahama Sand - This ground floor king suite has a walk-out private patio with easy access to the hot-tub, a desk with a smart printer and a shared en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and bidet. (Perfect for those who don't want to do stairs!)
Suite 4 - Below Deck - This fun bunk room has a set of full bunk beds perfect for kids or grown ups! en-suite bathroom shared with suite 3 makes these two rooms perfect for a family.
Suite 5 - The Love Nest or Nanny's Quarters - this king suite is in a separate part of the home for extra privacy (wink) ! A huge private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet ( big enough for a crib ).
PLUS! There is an eighth bed which is a queen size sleeper sofa in the rec room!
OUTDOOR SPACES
A beautiful pool to refresh yourself after a long day on the beach! This home is one of only a few houses on the beach with a pool! New landscaping, tons of patio and deck areas, outdoor dining area, multiple outdoor relaxation areas, hammock, three fire pits two gas one wood, a Weber gas grill and a giant sized hot tub!

Other things to note
This home is seven blocks from downtown cocoa beach. Close enough to walk there on the sand, but far enough that you don't have the noise or traffic of downtown.
One thing you should know is that the beach here is blissfully quiet as there is only one pay parking lot that only has ten spots. Mostly quiet locals on the beach at this end. The crowds are farther north where the hotels and condos are located. You honestly feel like you are at your own private exclusive beach.
