This two story home, that is located on a golf course, offers a spacious open concept, ideal for families and/or friends to gather. When you step through the front door it will be obvious that the house is set up for pleasurable relaxation or groups of game-playing & entertainment. However, the highlight of the property is the backyard which has been recently been converted into a setting for full-fledged fun. In addition to a large-size pool and hot tub there is an official Pickleball Court and 4-hole miniature golf course. There is also plenty of turf grass to engage in other yard games which are provided. An outdoor grill and patio allows for a variety of dining experiences, indoors or out. The location of the house is very close to major freeways which allows for easy access for day trips etc. In addition to the Foothills Golf Club (by Troon) there are several other nearby gold courses within a 30 minute radius. Also, there is a plethora of hiking trails and cycling routes. Access to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants is a mere 1/2 mile away, however, beyond that distance exists dozens of excellent eating choices. Several shopping venues (from high-end to outlet malls), spas & casinos are within a 20 minute radius. Summary: This is the most amazing place-our extended family has been taking family vacays for 10 years and this has been the absolute Best!!! Gorgeous backyard with SO MUCH to do - the swimming pool and pickleball were used extensively every day!! And the hosts went above and beyond on communication and also all the supplies that were provided!! We all LOVED IT!!!!
