Nestled at the end of a very private road, with spectacular views of the Santa Barbara Foothills, Riviera, city lights, and the Santa Barbara waterfront. Harbor View Haven is the perfect rental for a family or couples traveling together. The house is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath and shares many newly renovated features. The remodeled bathrooms are both en-suite, the guest bedroom with a shower and the primary bedroom with a beautiful freestanding tub and a separate shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a sliding glass door that allows direct access to the hot tub and a beautiful backyard, that also has chaise lounges for a serene and peaceful experience. The first guest room has a queen bed and frame television to bring a restful night. There is also a den with a half bath attached, and a pull out full-size sofa sleeper that is comfortable for one person. The terraced and manicured grounds sweep around the property with many locations for sitting, dining or simply relaxing outside. There is a well appointed sunken living room with a pass-through fireplace that is shared with the dining room. The kitchen has a conversational enticing peninsula countertop and expansive window views from the sink.
