3 Bedroom House in Everett, Hat Island

Fantastic view home with southern panorama of Puget Sound, Mukilteo and Whidbey Island. One bedroom, full bathroom and living room on the main level. Great room w/ wood stove, 2 bedrooms and fully upgraded bathroom with separate shower and tub on the upper level. Open kitchen with large entertainment wrap-around counter/bar, plus dining table. Outdoor BBQ deck with wicker furniture. The bluff lot has incredible views and a fire pit for fun cook outs.
Only a 3 min walk to the golf course and two sets of adult/youth clubs are provided. Greens-fee is $20 at the self-serve golf shack.
Hat Island, also known as Gedney Island had a full-time population of 41 in the last 2010 census. It’s still small, peaceful and a great place for enjoying beach activities with your family. Island ferry is unavailable due to Covid 19, but a private ferry is available! Email for ferry prices depending on number of people. Can do 2 runs if you have a party larger than 6-7.
