IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding any locked rooms. Rooms will be unlocked as per paying guests E.G. 2 guests will have access to one bedroom, 4 guests will have access to two bedrooms. Guests are allocated one sleeping space (2 guests to one queen sized bed) not one bedroom each. If you require separate bedding configurations, a fee of $50 per bed to cover linen will be required to be paid upon booking.

We will meet you to check in then you will have the entire property to yourselves - check in is between 3 & 5pm only - please advise of when check in will be.

Other Things to Note:
We love sharing the love, every now and then, couples come for photoshoot at the estate at sunset; Our guests love watching the romantic moments from far while photographer captures those special and unforgettable moments for their clients.
Please note - the property itself (farm) is open to photographers via bookings - during your stay, you may see wedding parties around the property for this purpose - they have been advised to not enter the house yard or near the dome if we have guests.
***If you wish to bring a dog with you (only pets accepted) RULES - Pets cannot be on furniture, on bedding or damage wooden flooring - additional cleaning fees will apply for soiled furniture, linens, damages & cleaning. Pet fee of $200 per pet applies, and subject to approval only - please enquire first.
Camera: we have two actively recording surveillance cameras (top right & left corners of the garage) pointing towards the gate in fenced area that records voice/videos. 7 Networks also has a camera around the tower area too.
The driveway is very steep (30% gradient) - 4wd access vehicle's preferred, the road has a steep incline 30degree slope. However it is all bitumen & can be accessed all the way in a 2 wheel drive, just take it slow both up & down (using gears) at your own risk. Parking on concrete slab for 2 cars, then on grassed area for any other vehicles. **This is rural property so if grass is freshly cut, there may be grass clippings**
There are no curtains in the second lounge area (top lounge by entry where the sofa bed is located).
Access to the garage is not included in your stay.
Spa temp is safety set at 32 degrees. This is a portable spa, not a commercial spa therefore the temperature is not 38 degrees.
***Please note - For security Purposes - Upon booking, your car Rego will be required so that the cameras on the property can match your vehicle upon arrival & departure.
**Please kindly note: We charge a nominal cleaning fee that does not cover our costs. We request light duties to be undertaken on checkout (you will receive a message at 7am on check out date) with instructions for dishes, rubbish removal, stripping of linen etc.
