Cozy In-Law Suite with private entrance and parking in driveway. 3 miles from the airport. Located in the suburb of Donelson, our home is on a quiet street in a friendly neighborhood near great restaurants, historical attractions & hiking trails. Self-contained unit with private full bath, mini fridge, kettle, microwave, wifi, TV with HDMI capability for your laptop, queen bed, seating and dining area available.

Our accommodation provides limited access to the kitchen and laundry facilities. My partner and I live in the house with our cat and two dogs, Abby an 8-year old Corgi, Mizzie, a 5-year old Catahoula/Sharpei Mix and Lily a 6-month old Siamese. Both of our dogs are rescues and require introductions before they are comfortable with strangers. For that reason, we cannot grant guests access to the house without our presence. However, if you are an animal lover and want to be introduced to our pets that can be arranged! Cat lovers please be aware that our Siamese loves the in-law suite and would be happy to spend time with you at your discretion. If you prefer to not interact with the animals that's fine, too! : )
Approximately 10 miles from Nissan Stadium where the Titans play and Bridgestone Arena where the Predators play. Tennessee is noted for many outdoor attractions such as lakes, rivers, and parks. J Percy Priest Lake and Old Hickory Lake are 10 and 20 minutes or less away and offer many activities. Stones River access is 3 minutes away and offer fishing, kayaking, canoeing and access to miles of greenway walking and biking trails.
Two Rivers Park is 3 minutes away and offer 9 holes of golfing, while Hermitage Golf Course is 15 minutes away and offer 18 holes on the finest public access course in Tennessee.
The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson, is 15 minutes away, plus many Civil War locations throughout the area.
We are no more than 20 minutes away from Lipscomb University, Vanderbilt University, Trevecca University, Belmont University, and Tennessee State University.

Hip Donelson as it's known as a source of pride amongst its residents. Here you'll find the opportunity to step away from the bright lights of the city and enjoy some of the natural and small town qualities Nashville has to offer. While still being a cheap 10 minute Uber from the Honky Tonks on Broadway or the fantastic shopping at Opry Mills.
Driving and Taxi is your best option for getting around. There is a Music City Train that runs Monday to Friday with a final departure around 6pm. As well as a reliable Metro Bus System. Taxi rates are very reasonable in Nashville. Parking in Downtown Nashville costs $20 flat rate but depending on which neighborhood you visit: East Nashville, 12 South, Germantown...there is street parking available.
