The turnkey residence hosts private Wi-Fi, stainless steel appliances; coffee maker; propane outdoor grill; outdoor seating for more than 8; concealed dining table for 4; pop-up workstation; smart TV; split-system heating and air conditioner; queen-sized bed; futon for the 2nd or 3rd guest; parking for 2 automobiles; and an on-site, free washer and dryer. Property will be stocked with initial paper towel roll, toilet paper roll, dishwasher pod, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
