Perfectly placed within close proximity to the quaint village of Burringbar, a short drive from the popular coastal towns of Brunswick Heads & Pottsville, and half an hour to both the world-famous beaches of Byron Bay & the Gold Coast international airport.
The space
Set amongst five acres of neatly manicured land, this 5-bedroom home has everything you need for a great stay and more.
A generously spaced-out, fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances needed for an extremely comfortable experience. Meals can be enjoyed from the circular 6-seater table inside or outside at one of many dining tables.
A comfy couch is on offer to let the world go by, sink into, and take in a movie on Netflix. Alternatively, grab a book and enjoy one of many peaceful reading nooks either inside or outside whilst looking out over the greenery.
Five well-placed bedrooms are separated from the living area by a hallway, each with high-quality linen and mattresses. At one end of the house is the spacious light-filled master bedroom featuring a plush queen bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite. Further down the hallway at the rear end of the house are four more bedrooms. One of four rooms is set up as a kid's room, consisting of a single bed & trundle and conveniently all the baby items you could dream of whilst being away from home. The other 3 bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The main bathroom sits in between two of the end queen bedrooms and opposite the laundry which has a dryer and a washing machine, available for your use during your stay.
Next to the master bedroom is another lounge area, which features a comfortable couch, TV, board games, and a designated workspace that contains a desk and chair, ideal for catching up on emails or working from home if such a thing is needed.
Stepping outside onto the gorgeous wrap-around veranda, looking out to the stunning elevated views of the valley, you can be delighted with a lush grassed area and a fire pit to enjoy the many star-filled nights. There is also plenty of room here to run about and play games.
On the opposite side of the property is a spacious outdoor area boasting a subtropical entertaining area with a large saltwater pool and outdoor hot/cold shower.
A family Webber BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture are on offer to enjoy those summer moments and entertainment for the family. Here you can find a smart TV with Kayo to ensure those sports games won’t be missed whilst taking a break in paradise.
To top off this incredible hinterland get, away you’d be happy to know we also have a resident platypus and an abundance of seasonal fruit trees - Mango, macadamia, jackfruit, citrus trees, and passion fruit.
