Beautiful 5 bedroom 3,500 sq.ft. home located on picturesque Faber Arm of Sproat Lake, one of the cleanest and most stunning lakes in BC.
This home away from home is located directly across from the Mars Waterbombers and just 15 minutes from town. Western facing 100 foot private beach on a 300 foot deep property with a wide, flat driveway and ample grass yard for all those epic family soccer, volleyball and badminton matches.
The private dock anchored by its own pier provides for hours of sunning and swimming in Sproat’s crystal clear waters.
Home has been wonderfully updated and will make all your family photos look exceptional. Main floor kitchen has stainless appliances with propane chef’s stove for hosting, or grill on the large exterior bbq.
The house has been split with an upper and lower unit, both complete with full kitchen and bathrooms --perfect for a couple families looking to vacation together!
We kindly request a smoke-free environment and no loud parties to respect our neighbours on the lake. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
Weekly summer bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
