Built into the hillside at the end of Maria Bluff, this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath pool home on a large corner lot is so inviting it will be hard to leave!
Prime offers close in views over Chocolate Hole and all the way to and beyond Rams Head to the east and St Croix to the south. Prime 1152 takes great advantage of the vistas and Tradewinds this great location provides.
The custom, professionally decorated home offers 2 private king bedroom suites, perfect for couples and families with older children.
As you enter through a flower filled courtyard, you arrive onto an incredible outdoor living space, with lounging and dining space in a protected covered terrace that spills out onto the multi-level pool deck. High end outdoor teak furnishings and an alluring bed swing surround the pool and views. And the deck itself is accented with custom mosaic glass tile. A second poolside covered outdoor cooking/living space has built in grill and counter height dining that allows you to take in the views at every angle.
The salt water filtered pool itself beckons, open to the view on two sides with a wide and comfortable pool bench seating alongside the swim space.
Inside this elegant contemporary home, you’ll find a cool coastal vibe that is both chic and welcoming. An open plan kitchen accented by custom marble and modern neutral tones has custom cabinetry, bar seating and spills into the living room, with comfortable furnishing for lounging and watching the large screen TV. You’ll find a beverage cooler and bar set up here as well. This fully air-conditioned space is surrounded by huge glass doors, bringing the outdoor views in.
Alongside this living space is the first of two king suites, with memory foam bedding and cool crisp linens. You’ll find an adjacent desk/ vanity space as well as an oversized sleeper chair, perfect for curling up with a book, which also serves as additional sleeping for larger groups or families with a little one. This guest space is lined with wall to wall sliding glass doors that open onto a private deck for relaxing or sunbathing and offers in room wide screen TV. The ensuite bath is lined with cool white Carrara marble and has a huge walk-in shower with window.
On the opposite side of home and breezeway, you’ll find the master suite, with elegant modern touches, including king size tufted bed with memory foam mattress and blue agate accents. An in-room beverage fridge, sidebar and private TV make it a true retreat… it also has a large sleeper chair for additional guests. The master bath is accented by dual sinks, Carrara Marble and opens into a gorgeous native stone shower looking out over the water.

Summary: Come twice a year and this was by far our favorite villa! Views were incredible and the house was amazing! Will def be back in 6 months to stay again! Wow wow wow!
