Positive: It was a fun place to stay in an amazing location close to shops, bars and restaurants and within a few steps of the sea front. We had an amazing view right out over the sea. Free parking this close to the hot spots was a real boon. The hosts were lovely - really kind and helpful with advice about the best local places to eat. We will return!

Summary: Quirky, fun and comfortable near to beach and the hip part of Hastings...nice people too.
