The villa is roughly 1700 sqft with 3 bedrooms ( 1 double bed is off one of the queen bedrooms) and 2 bathroom, sleeps 5 on a quiet street. Enjoy the poolside fountains reading a book or having your morning coffee. Ample parking for your boat. Located a short distance to the beaches/park/ wineries/ Apex Mountain and free boat launch. Amazing friendly area to take an evening stroll or head down to the beach and enjoy the Sunshine Penticton is famous for!

Summary: This is a great place to stay for two couples. There are separate bedrooms that each have their own wing and own bathroom. The place is spacious and well equipped and the bonus was having a water and ice maker in the fridge. We did have an issue at times with the gate code (make sure to add a star after the code) but otherwise everything was totally smooth and John quickly responded when we couldn’t get in. As it is a basement suite there isn’t much natural light but it was so spacious and the ceilings are high so it feels very comfy.
