Summary: First time renters in Florida for a month. I want to begin by saying that we found the residents of Fairways of Capri very friendly and welcoming. We loved the camaraderie of the neighborhood. We rented thru VRBO and Gulf Coast Realty. We were disappointed to learn that similar units were renting for considerably less money. This unit needs some updating, decluttering and cleaning. The small television in the living area did not get the major networks. We mentioned this to the owner who must have contacted Gulf Coast Realty. Carlos, from Gulf Coast Realty, left a message on our HOME phone regarding this problem. Didn't get the message until we got home. Guessing this problem has not been addressed. Our suggestion would be to re-evaluate the "in season rates". By the time all of the additional fees are added to the rental fee we feel the cost was unreasonable.
