Pool House with 1 Bedroom with New Queen Sized Bed, Living Room with Sectional Sofa with Fold Out Sleeper, 55" 4K Ultra HD TV with Cable, Full Bath, Small Kitchenette with Sink, Fridge, Microwave And Dining Table. Includes Keurig with an assortment of coffee Pods. There is a private outdoor covered patio with chairs for your exclusive use. Also there is a Beautiful Pool in the fenced in backyard for your shared enjoyment. Property Owner lives on site in separate building. Property is in Central CT only 8 minutes to Interstate 91 in Wallingford. Less than 30 minutes to Hartford and New Haven and the CT Shoreline (Hammonassett State Beach). 1 Hour to the Casinos. Lyman Orchard Golf and Powder Ridge Mountain Resort are only minutes away. Renters must be Pet Friendly as we do have 4 small friendly dogs in the yard. Also, Pool House is fully air conditioned but is NOT heated.
