Summary: The location was great. It was near everything we were looking to do while we were in Southern California. We were a little disappointed that the listing pictures seemed to be from an earlier time. The pool table and cue sticks were scuffed and the felt was missing from the cue sticks. The couches were worn and the one in the pool table room was stained. Several of the blinds were damaged. The pool and outdoor furniture were perfect! There is a 4th bed that is a blow-up bed. We didn't need it, but just in case you do. The AC/Heat is controlled by a Google Nest and that kept the house very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions. We did have a problem with water seeping up from under the tile in one of the bedrooms, but the owner was quick to respond about it. The beds were super comfortable.
