Summary: My husband and I stayed at Poli House at the beginning of May, and we absolutely loved our experience! The hotel’s location is fantastic — just opposite Carmel Market, and a short walk from the beach, and so many great restaurants and shops. Also, right on the incredible vibrant Nachalat Binyamin, which also has a twice weekly craft market. It made exploring Tel Aviv incredibly easy and fun. The building itself is stunning, a beautifully restored Bauhaus with a modern, boutique feel. Our room was cozy and stylish, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. While the room was on the smaller side, it was thoughtfully designed and very clean. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop infinity pool and bar. We spent several afternoons there, enjoying the amazing views of the city while swimming. We were especially impressed by the reception staff—Moshe, Olga, and Dali. They were incredibly warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist with all our needs. Dali went the extra mile to help us extend our stay when our flight was cancelled. All staff were so kind and helpful. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about guests’ experiences. This personal touch from the reception team was one of the highlights of our visit.
