Positive: The property has rooms for a single person, unlike most other places, the price for one person room is much lower than for two, other places just charge you for two people even if there is one. The price is very good 75 euros for 4 nights for one person in a separate room with private bathroom and shower. Everything was nice and clean. Place has rooms for families or few people, but also for solo people highly recommend to everyone, especially the solo travellers.
Negative: The place is outside Zakopane, if you dont have a car you can use minibuses they run pretty frequently, but the last one is 21.50 from zakopane so if you dont make it expect to pay 20-40 euros for a taxi, so just make sure you get the last bus, if you dont have a car, besides that all is good.
