Terraced on 2 levels approximately 100 m2 in a secure subdivision in a quiet area.
Weekly or monthly, a house very well located close to all the amenities of downtown Hyères les Palmiers.
The house includes everything you need, furniture and appliances for maximum comfort for a good holiday.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms at your disposal, with 1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 140.
A bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a bathroom in the bedroom with a 160 bed, and
1 baby cot and high chair.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped open kitchen and large living room which overlooks a small garden of 70 m2 with terrace, composed of a gas barbecue with its furniture for meals under the vine.
The linen can be offered as an option.

Cleaning is included in the rental price subject to reservation.

Summary: The house is a beautiful property, clean and very well kept. The nice kitchen is fully equipped, there are pans of all kinds, the Nespresso coffee machine and anything that is needed for cooking. It's really functional. We really appreciated it. The outdoor patio and the garden are very spacious and pleasant for good moments of relax. There's also a nice barbeque that works very well.The place is very peaceful and neibourghs were really welcoming towards us. The city center is not far away and the beach of Almanarre, that we liked most, is very close. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to return soon. Emanuela & family from Italy
