The name tells it all. Check in the map. Paradise Beach is, arguably, one of the most heavenly spots in Victoria. It is in between lakes and the Ocean. Not only any Ocean, the world famous 90 Mile Beach…
It is, also, a paradise for wild life, for a large variety of bird species, rabbits, kangaroos and koala bears. They, literally, walk and fly around and in your front and back yard.
This newly built beautiful house is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach on one side and a few minutes’ walk to lakes on the other. The constant waves of the ocean are your best music to the ear in this house.
“Big towns” Loch Sport and Sale are each only 25 minutes’ drive. The famous Golden Beach and shops are 2 minutes drive or a short stroll/bike ride. If you have a small boat you can berth it from Loch Sport to access all the lakes of Lakes Entrance has on offer in minutes.
There is too many sight-seeing/activities to mention in close proximity to this house in Paradise Beach. Apart from the beautiful beach for swimming and fishing at your fingertip, you have golf courses, nature walks paths, creeks, historical sites, the huge Lake Wellington and so much more… It’s best that you plan well to fit it all into your trip.
The house is designed with the ultimate comfort in mind. It has all the needs for us, the “urbanians”. From a coffee pod machine to a Weber Q… It even has a chest freezer knowing that you will catch a lot more fish than you can consume on one dinner so you can fill up the freezer with the rest and may be take back home. The area is the fishermen’s haven, be it the 90 Mile Beach or the Lakes.
Everything is nice and new in this house. The kitchen has plenty of kitchenware.
All 4 bedrooms are large with large built in robes and chest of drawers. Three bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a double bed. All of mattresses are fine quality.
The bathrooms have a bathtub, single and double showers.
The laundry has a good quality front loader washing machine and a drying room - laundry drying bars and an electric heater. When the doors are closed your laundry will dry in minutes. Otherwise due to the humid in the area drying the laundry can be a pain.
The commercial vacuum with long cord, in a flash, will reach everywhere and clean the whole house from the sand you brought in.
The sofa in the living room can be turned to be a king single bed and the double inflated bed (in the corridor cupboard) can be set up overnight in the huge living room. Therefore, the house can easily accommodate 11 adults.
Even the 4 arm chairs in the living area are recliners for your comfort and those well-deserved afternoon naps.
The back yard is a huge clean sand pit with full of hand-picked sea shells just from down the beach. For kids who don’t want to come back from the beach you have this “backyard beach” on offer to them. Everyone’s addition to the sea shell collection in the backyard will be highly appreciated. You might be able to recognize your precious sea shells next time you come;).
You can, also, gather around the firepit in the back yard on the sand which gives the feeling that you are on the beach at night.
Your cleaning fee for this house will be minimal because we would like everyone to bring their own bed sheets, doona covers, towels and tea towels. We believe it is ultimately hygienic when you use your own. Not to mention all your consumables need to be brought along as well.
The house uses tank water and septic system which we, obviously, expect everyone to act responsibly and think of the environment.
Access is 24/7.
Your host will be on call for you anytime you need during your stay.
