TLC Eden Family Getaway is a 7,700 sf, 9-bedroom, 7 full bathroom luxury home over-looking Pineview Reservoir, the Ogden Valley, Snow Basin and Nordic Valley. The home has been designed to provide the perfect year-round family getaway with something for everyone.
There are three family rooms each with a large smart TV. Upstairs features a family room; a toy room; a large family style bedroom with a king sized bed and two bunk beds; two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also an adjustable desk with two large monitors which provides a place to catch up on emails while enjoying the view from the third story.
The main floor features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and ten-foot ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate a large group connected to a family gathering room with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The main bedroom features a fireplace, a walk-in closet, jetted tub, and access to the full-length balcony with spectacular views. The deck features a large grill with tables and chairs to enjoy the view day or night. A charming spiral staircase offers access to the walkout basement and covered patio on the lower floor, where you can sit at the fire-table to make s'mores, play corn hole, and enjoy the view..
In the basement, there is a large gathering space with a 15-foot-wide sectional that provides ample space for family members to connect in front of the fireplace. The great room also has a dining table that comfortably seats 20 plus so that all can eat and be together. There is also a large smart tv and a piano. Tucked under the three-car garage and out of ear shot from the rest of the house is a theater room, and a large game room with a pool table, a ping pong table, shuffle board and air hockey.
There are two laundry rooms stocked with detergent. Each bathroom is stocked with towels and complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are 3 pack-n-plays and two high chairs.
The basement features a bedroom with a king sized bed. It also has two family style bedrooms both with king size beds and bunk beds, allowing young families to be together at night.
The main floor features two ensuite rooms, both with king sized beds and full bathrooms. There is also a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom adjacent to this room.
Come enjoy access to the community pool, hot tub, club house with gym, tennis court, basketball court, miles of trails, golfing, skiing and world class views. Trappers Ridge is located in the Wolf Creek Resort area of Eden, Utah. Ten minutes to Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts, 20 Minutes to Snow Basin Resort, five minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course and 10 minutes to Pine View Reservoir for boating, fishing and sandy beaches.

Summary: I will miss the views off the deck of this house for morning coffee and evening wind down. Breathtaking! The house was so comfortable and provided everything we needed - even laundry detergent though we had brought our own- and more. We gathered as an extended family reunion and every age lived the house from the game room, movie room, largest table ever to seat all of us and even a toy room. Everyone in the house commented the beds were so comfortable! The community pool felt so nice as well and was an easy walk from the house. The host is indeed- so accommodating, kind and helpful. Plenty of hikes within 30 minutes of the house and the town of Eden has a great grocery store and cute coffee shops. We loved our time here!
