Downstairs bedroom is a closed off converted Den, which just features a Murphy bed. Downstairs restroom with no shower/tub. Outdoor pool with option to heat. 2 car garage on quiet street. Not an ideal party house. Please keep noise to a minimum after hours for consideration to neighbors.
