This luxurious pavilion style residence is architecturally designed, has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably and perfectly positions in the exclusive enclave of Mandalay. Island Views has a feeling of connection to a tropical lifestyle with spectacular sunsets and continually changing sea views over Airlie Beach, Pioneer Bay and beyond and exudes a grand tropical char.
On approaching the home, you enter via the beautifully carved timber entrance doors that open to a tropical courtyard. Timber stairs lead to an open breezeway with a welcoming atmosphere that extends to the sparkling private in-ground pool, surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens that back onto the natural rainforest.
This magnificent home is spread over two levels, on the upper level there are two bedrooms, the master situated in its own private pavilion with private ensuite, walk-in robe and commanding sea views. Also on this level is the second spacious bedroom also with magnificent sea views. This space evolves into a generous open plan combined living and dining area adjacent to the large modern kitchen equipped with gas cooktop, dishwasher and centre island bench and Nespresso Coffee machine, from here the kitchen seamlessly flows to a rear garden BBQ courtyard. There is also a large covered entertaining deck accessed by a walkway where you can sit and enjoy a evening meal alfresco style while enjoying the panoramic sea views.
The lower level is home includes a large self contained third bedroom with ensuite and is equipped with kitchenette and daybed and has its own private entrance and sea views.
With an abundance of natural light and breezes throughout, this home offers all year round comfort and is perfectly located on a quiet no through road where you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and tranquillity which is enhanced by the delightful songs of the local birdlife.
The home is fully air conditioned through out with ceiling fans in all three bedrooms.
Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).
